Precausions in the process of using the slag scraper machine：

1. Operators must be in good health, aged 18-50, and hold a valid special operation certificate after training.

2. The car must be operated by a special person, and non-operating personnel cannot operate the machine at will. The bucket should land on the ground during non-working hours, and parking in the air is strictly prohibited.

3. Before work, drink on the rock pile; when the slag scraper is working, it must have good lighting facilities.

4. Before working, check whether the three-phase power supply is balanced, and the voltage of each phase should indicate normal (380V), and it is strictly forbidden to run the motor without a phase.

5. No-load and no-load operation must be carried out before operation, and the operation can only be carried out when the oil temperature is not lower than 20°C. If the oil temperature is higher than 80°C, the reason should be checked.

6. The operator should memorize each handle. To achieve manipulation by hand, the line of sight should be focused on the bucket. When pulling the handle, the action should be smooth, so as not to cause hydraulic shock and damage components and steel structures.

7. During operation or debugging, no one is allowed within the reach of the bucket, and no contact with the rotating parts is strictly allowed. At the same time, there must be a special person to drag the cable and keep a certain distance from the machine to avoid pulling or crushing the cable. The driver should pay attention to avoid hitting people when the machine is turning, and pay attention to the shed beam being hit. If there is a fault or abnormal noise, stop the machine immediately for inspection and cut off the main power supply.

8. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the pressure of the safety valve without authorization, so as not to damage the hydraulic components or affect the performance.

9. When operating the handle, it is not allowed to operate it hard, and it should be checked to eliminate the stuck phenomenon.

10. The hydraulic system should use the corresponding type of hydraulic oil in different seasons: The hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly, the first time is 100 hours, replace it, and then replace it every 500 hours.

11. The rear axle, gearbox, and transmission reducer should replace the gear oil regularly, the first 50 hours, and then every 500 hours.

12. Special attention: When the conveyor frame is raised and people are performing maintenance work under the conveyor frame, there must be reliable safety support under the conveyor frame to prevent the conveyor frame from falling suddenly and hurting people.

13. For the safety requirements of the power supply, the upper side of the power supply must be equipped with a leakage circuit breaker not greater than 60A to prevent the leakage from causing harm to people.

14. Special attention: when the machine needs to be dragged by external force, the connecting chain must be disengaged.

15. It is forbidden to use the slag removal machine on a slope greater than 12. When working on a slope less than 12, in order to prevent the machine from sliding down, the triangular wood should be used to block the tires.

16. The wiring method of the motor is subject to the factory standard and cannot be changed without authorization.
