Many excavator masters don't know what to do when there is a bad display on the computer board of the excavator?
Excavators are high-precision precision instruments integrating electromechanical and hydraulic systems. They are expensive, and maintenance costs are not low when they break down. If excavator masters understand some basic excavator maintenance knowledge, they can avoid some common failures. Here The senior technician will explain to you how the excavator master should troubleshoot when the excavator has a bad display on the excavator computer board:
1. Exception Investigation:
(1) There is no display on the computer display part, lock display part, column light part (water temperature, oil temperature display part)
(2) The walking mode has always been medium speed (switching the walking mode, but still medium speed, no change)
(3) The operation mode is represented as O" (no matter how the operation mode is switched, it is still represented as 0)
(4) The timing part is expressed as "0000"
(5) The engine throttle control and the single push button of the handle work normally.
2. Failure cause analysis:
When it is expressed as "0000;" in the timing department, the following phenomena usually appear:
(1) The throttle knob cannot control the engine speed
(2) The electrical system displays abnormality
(3) However, judging from the phenomenon, the engine speed can be controlled, and the abnormality of the electrical system has not been indicated. Move the whole skateboard again, and the phenomenon sometimes returns to normal
(4) It can be judged from the above that the signal input to the display panel is bad. I removed the display board and found that the connector coming out of the controller was inserted at an angle.
3. Troubleshooting method: plug the connector, and it will return to normal.
